Our pigs forage our pastures for grubs and vegetation while consuming organic mixed grains consisting of oats, peas, and barley soaked in raw milk from our dairy cow. They are also given organic produce from gardens on the farm when in season, fallen apples from our trees in the fall, and pasture-raised eggs from our chickens. We raise heritage breeds including Tamworth, Berkshire, and Mangalitza-crosses that have maintained the hardy qualities which have allowed pigs to thrive with a forage-based lifestyle throughout millennia.
